A letter from W. Sendzik, Chair, Niagara Regional Housing Board of Directors, dated October 23, 2020, respecting Niagara Regional Housing 2021 Operating Budget.

A presentation will precede the consideration of this item.

Recommended Motion: 

That Correspondence Item BRC-C 3-2020, being a letter from W. Sendzik, Chair, Niagara Regional Housing Board of Directors, dated October 23, 2020, respecting Niagara Regional Housing 2021 Operating Budget, BE RECEIVED; and 

That the Niagara Regional Housing 2021 Operating Budget BE APPROVED in principle subject to consideration of the total tax levy for Niagara Region on January 14, 2021.

CSD 80-2020

Court Services - 2021 Budget Report

A presentation will precede the consideration of this item. 

Recommended Motion: 

That Report CSD 80-2020, dated December 10, 2020, respecting Court Services - 2021 Budget Report, BE RECEIVED; and 

That the 2021 Court Services Operating Budget BE APPROVED in principle subject to consideration of the total tax levy for Niagara Region on January 14, 2021.

BRC-C 4-2020

A Letter from B. Johnson, Chair, Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority respecting the 2021 Municipal Levy Apportionment. 

A presentation will precede the consideration of this item. 

Recommended Motion: 

That Correspondence Item BRC-C 4-2020, being a letter from B. Johnson, Chair, Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority, dated December 4, 2020, respecting Proposed 2021 Operating and Capital Budgets, BE RECEIVED; and 

That the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority 2021 Municipal Levy Apportionment to Niagara Region BE APPROVED.

A letter from D. Reid, Executive Director, Police Services Board, Niagara Regional Police Services, dated November 26, 2020, respecting 2021 Proposed Operating Budget, Niagara Regional Police Service and Police Services Board.
