​In accordance with the notice requirements of Sections 18.1 (a) of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Greenwood a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the January 17, 2019 Council meeting respecting changing the "Moment of Silence" to "Moment of Reflection".
