COVID-19 Response and Business Continuity in Public Health & Emergency Services (November 2020)

In accordance with the notice requirement of Section 18.2 of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Huson a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the November 18, 2020 Special Regional Council meeting respecting Support for Niagara’s local businesses through the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In accordance with the notice requirement of Section 18.2 of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Sendzik a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the November 18, 2020 Special Regional Council meeting respecting the Section 22 Order and COVID-19 Enforcement.

In order for Council to consider the above motions, an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Members present will be required. 

A by-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the actions of Regional Council at its special meeting held on November 18, 2020.
