In accordance with the notice and submission deadline requirements of Sections 18.1 (a) and 11.3, respectively, of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Greenwood a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the June 20, 2019 Council meeting respecting Establishment of Niagara Region 50th Anniversary Committee.

In accordance with the notice and submission deadline requirements of Sections 18.1(b) and 11.3, respectively, of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Greenwood a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the June 20, 2019 Council meeting respecting suspending the rules of procedure to reconsider Reimbursement of Legal Expense (Minute Item 7.1 of AC 3-2019).

In accordance with the notice and submission deadline requirements of Sections 18.1 (b) and 11.3, respectively, of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Ip a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the June 20, 2019 Council meeting respecting Response to Proposed Provincial Restructuring of Local Public Health Agencies.
