Bill 2020-02

A by-law to amend By-law No. 2018-75, being a bylaw to licence, regulate and govern vehicles for hire (taxicabs, transportation network company vehicles, specialty vehicles, auxillary services vehicles, shuttle buses, sightseeing vehicles, caleche, tow trucks) and businesses (secondhand good stores and dealers, salvage yards, auto-wrecking yards and taxicab brokers).

A by-law to amend By-law No. 2018-76, being a by-law to provide for the licencing, regulating and inspecting of adult entertainment parlours, owners and operators of adult entertainment parlours and entertainers at adult entertainment parlours.

A by-law to authorize a 2020 Interim and waste management special upper-tier levy for The Regional Municipality of Niagara.
