A by-law to amend By-law 89-2000 being a By-law to Provide for the Regulation of Traffic on Regional Highways (Stopping Prohibition Amendment - City of Niagara Falls).

A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $13,693,000.00 (10 year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $11,953,000.00 and 20 year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $1,740,000.00) for capital works of the City of Welland, and the Towns of Lincoln and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
