A by-law to approve the submission of an application to Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation ("OILC") for the long-term financing of certain capital work(s) of The Corporation of the Town of Lincoln (the "Lower-tier Municipality") through the issue of debentures by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (The "Upper tier Municipality"); and to authorize the entering into of a rate offer letter agreement pursuant to which the upper-tier municipality will issue debentures on behalf of the lower-tier municipality to OILC.

A by-law to authorize the submission of an application to Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (“OILC”) for financing certain capital work(s) of The Corporation of the Town of Lincoln and to authorize long-term borrowing for such capital work(s) through the issue of debentures by The Regional Municipality of Niagara (the “upper tier municipality”) to OILC.

A by-law to amend By-law 89-2000 being a By-law to Provide for the Regulation of Traffic on Regional Highways – (Stopping Prohibition on Regional Road 56 (Collier Road) in the City of Thorold).

A by-law to amend By-law 89-2000 being a By-law to Provide for the Regulation of Traffic on Regional Highways – (Parking & Stopping Prohibition on Regional Road 83 (Carlton Street) in the City of St. Catharines).

A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $39,800,000.00 (10 year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $27,500,000.00 and 20 year instalment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $12,300,000.00) for capital works of the Cities of Niagara Falls, St. Catharines and Welland, the Towns of Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Township of West Lincoln.

A by-law to adopt, ratify and confirm the actions of Regional Council at its meeting held July 25, 2024.
