In accordance with the notice and submission deadline requirements of Sections 18.1(a) and 11.3, respectively, of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Ip a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the September 21, 2023 Council meeting respecting Recommendations from the Renfrew County Inquest and Declaration of Intimate Partner Violence as an Epidemic.

In accordance with the notice and submission deadline requirements of Sections 18.1(a) and 11.3, respectively, of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, the Regional Clerk received from Councillor Gale a motion to be brought forward for consideration at the September 21, 2023 Council meeting respecting 2024 Budget Mitigation Measures.

In accordance with the notice requirements of Section 18.1 (a) of Niagara Region’s Procedural By-law, Councillor Bateman provided notice that she would be bringing a motion for consideration at the September 21, 2023 Council meeting respecting the Auditor General's Special Report on Changes to the Greenbelt.



The motion was not received in accordance with Section 11.3 of the Procedural By-law; therefore, if presented, the motion will require suspension of the rule under Section 11.3 of the By-law in order to be introduced.
